3: elevated, mini, regular coach. Mini coach to be deployed on intra-mall route for lazy shopppers?? Rapid transit for city's rats???
I also suspect that there may be a CTA maintenance vehicle in the background. Perhaps soon to be in the foreground?!
There's something quite disturbing about this photo. Notice the Man standing behind the bus in the center (approaching foreground). He seems LARGER-THAN-LIFE, or at least MUCH larger than that bus which is supposed to be closer to us... and getting closer by the second.
